Take I-95 to Exit 13 (North or South). Turn left off ramp crossing US Route 1 South (Boston Post Road). The Runner's Roost will be just before the first light on the right, at 425 Post Road, next to Bob's Unpainted Furniture and Gun Exchange, straight across from Rory's Restaurant, and diagonally across from Trader Joe's.
